Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the day it was received. The kit must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

• Send us a message to initiate the return and we will send the return shipping address.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once the item is returned to us, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of the refund.
• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.

Defective Product

If you receive a defective kit, we will send you the replacement item for free. An image or video of the defect is required to support the claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Joy Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to file a complaint with your respective shipping carrier.

Disclaimer

The paint by number renderings in the product page images are not true to the actual final product, they are provided to show an example as life-like as possible. Also note that all monitors are different and actual paint colors may vary slightly.
